Peewee Sponsorship

Every year, the PEI Rocket sponsor an Island Peewee AAA team to represent the province at one of the most prestigious minor hockey tournaments in the world.

This Tournament takes place during a period of 11 days with crowds totaling around 200 000 fans, every year. This extraordinary event, very popular, was founded in 1960 and has never ceased to grow in importance.

Many stars from the National Hockey League have passed through this Tournament: Brad Park, Guy Lafleur, Marcel Dionne, Gilbert Perrault, Mark Howe, Wayne Gretzky, Mario Lemieux, Sylvain Côté, Eric Lindros, etc.

Each year, the Rocket partner with a PEI Peewee AAA team and provide Rocket jerseys and socks for the team. The team is introduced on the ice before a Rocket game wearing their Rocket jerseys. The Rocket also provide support to the team with various other fundraising initiatives throughout the year.
