Flex coupons can be redeemed in advance or on game day at the Charlottetown Civic Centre Box Office.

- Flex Packs are considered the same as a season ticket; and have the same benefits, without the reserved seating
- Flex Packs come complete with 34 regular season game coupons
- Coupons have no cash value and are not dated for specific games
- Coupons are redeemable in any quanity for any pre-season and regular season games for the 2012-2013 Season (playoffs not included)

- 1 Adult Buddy Pass - take a friend to 1 of 10 specified home games - NEW

- Tickets for games are available one month in advance of general public
- Option to purchase assigned playoff seating for 2012- 2013 playoffs (one seat per flex pack).
- The purchaser is free to distribute coupons as he/she wishes, and accept responsibility for ensuring coupon holders are aware of the terms and conditions associated with them.
- Rocket VIP Card for great discounts at participating sponsors
- Avoid the box office line-up by calling in your flex pack tickets ahead of time. Call and book your seat ahead of time using your unique flex holder number, and your tickets will be sent to the 'Will Call' window for faster and easier pick-up.
- Walk Up Wednesdays. Flex Pack holders can purchase an additional ticket for Wednesday games at 1/2 price.
- Ambassador Passes. Flex Pack holders can pick up an away game pass, to be exchanged at participating road game box offices. Pass allows holder to purchase a ticket for the special price of $10.00.
- Invitation to a private season ticket holder skate, dressing room tour and autograph session with the PEI Rocket.
