PEI Rocket Add Another Opportunity for Season Ticket Buyers to Win 2 More Special Items

The PEI Rocket have added another draw for those purchasing Season Tickets and Flex Packs.  Extra Early Bird and Early Bird draws will still be held on the 15th of June and July, but all those that buy before May 31st, will be entered into a draw to win an autographed Serge Savard Sr. jersey and stick, which he will personalize for the
winner. 

Sales have been steady to date and team management decided this week to add this opportunity as an extra reward for those who show their support early.

“We have a fantastic group of fans that have shown loyal support for years.  This is evident by the number of people that have already purchased their tickets for next year.  When speaking to the Savards about the number of tickets sold already, Serge Sr. said he wanted to provide a chance to reward those buying early through a draw for the stick and jersey.  These two items packaged in many auctions would sell for thousands of dollars.”, says Trent Birt, the team’s Vice-President of Operations.

Birt also added that the spring has been a positive one for the organization, both on and off the ice.  The team has had some good things happening on the hockey front, as well as in the business department.  With a good nucleus of returning players, scouts and management like what they see in their second overall pick and they feel very prepared for the remaining rounds.  On the business side, there are some positive things happening as well, as the team works to form synergies with all its supporters.
